Don-Carlos Moniz

Don-Carlos has a diverse background and a broad range of experience. He came to the real estate industry after successful careers in fire and emergency services and military aviation. Along the way, he completed a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics, a Master of Public Administration and Policy Analysis, and a Master of Business Administration and Real Estate Development.

After retiring from the military, Don-Carlos began working as a residential real estate agent and quickly developed a specialty in working with investors. It was not long before Don-Carlos jumped to commercial real estate, and he has never looked back.

Today, Don-Carlos leverages his knowledge and skills to help investors build, divest, and recapitalize their commercial portfolios.

Don-Carlos enjoys spending time with his wife and son, traveling, photography, and occasionally fitting in a B-rated sci-fi when he is not focused on real estate.
