Donald Miller, Jr. brings to the team more than 15 years of management and real estate experience with a track record of increased productivity, profits, and customer satisfaction. His successful management career began as a hotel manager where he recruited, trained, and motivated a staff of over 35 employees. He consistently exceeded profit goals and achieved the highest guest satisfaction scores of all 95 hotels in the Bristol Hotel Corporation chain.

Following his hotel management experience, Don joined Countrywide Home Loans as a Loan Officer, topping production goals and attaining one of the highest application-to-funding ratios in the company. He left Countrywide Home Loans to become an Account Executive with Accredited Home Lenders, where he grew a book of business to over 50 Loan Officers. Don founded D Miller Mortgage Services in 2006. In addition, Don has over 10 years of experience buying, renting and selling properties. His overall business acumen and in-depth understanding of North Texas real estate issues have been instrumental to the growth of Miller Title.
