Donavon Paschall

Purchasing or selling a home is a large financial step for many and often occurs at a critical juncture in life. Donavon Paschall has helped clients on all levels: whether buying a starter home, moving up to dream home, liquidating estates or acquiring investment properties. He loves real estate for all its benefits; such as, the pride of home ownership, the tangible results of sweat equity and the investment potential. He also loves Denver for its legacy as The Mile High City, home of the Broncos, entrance to the Rocky Mountains, vibrant downtown life and access to amazing outdoor recreation. His wife and him have 3 wonderful daughters and they can’t think of a better city to raise our family.

His wife and him love Denver’s older homes and neighborhoods and they purchased their first home in central Denver. They spent countless hours in sweat equity to update the home, which included tiling at 2 am in the morning and painting while hanging from ropes on the steep Victorian roof. They converted their first home to a rental and then purchased a second home and repeated the updating process all over again. This experience sparked Donavon's interest in real estate.

He received a BS in Geology in 2002 from Wheaton College, and then started as a Hydrogeologist and GIS specialist for a consulting engineering firm. He continued to work for the firm for nearly five years and gained analytical, presentation and professional skills. During this time his passion for real estate grew.

In 2007, he decided to obtain his real estate license and embark full-time as a real estate professional. The transition to real estate has been a perfect match for him. Through assisting clients with their real estate needs and his own real estate purchases, he has accumulated countless experiences with negotiations, creative financing, renovations, rental property management, investment property analysis and more. It’s a wonderful opportunity to share what he has learned to help others succeed. His goal is to be a resource and advocate for his clients and help them make good real estate decisions.

Because of the opportunities his clients have given him, he has had great success in real estate and have been recognized by 5280 Magazine as a “5-Star Agent” for multiple years and by the Denver Board of Realtors as a “Top-Producing Realtor” for multiple years. I have also become one of the top performing agents in Denver’s neighborhoods.
