Donn's early business career was in high-technology start-ups. This experience led to him managing a business for Texas Instruments that commercialized their technology inventions. After retiring from Texas Instruments, Donn spent several years as a builder and developer, which paved his entry into commercial real estate, where he has worked for the past 20 years.
