Donna Beausoleil Realtor was awesome!

She is personable, professional and we felt like she actually cared about our situation and strived to find a home that was a good fit for us. We needed this approach with it being such a tough year as first-time buyers in the USA. It was extremely stressful to deal with the crazy competitive sellers' market and she did her best to help us navigate it all. In addition she was patient and listened to us, thus not putting pressure on us to put offers on the properties we saw. She just kept us in the loop on pending deadlines and talked over details/potential offers. However, ultimately she left us to make the decisions but armed us with the information we needed to make informed ones.

She went above and beyond as our Buying Agent!

During the process, she walked us through the parts we didn't understand as none-US citizens. She managed our stress throughout and when one home purchase fell through due to the appraisal, she kept our spirits up to keep going, especially when we near giving up by that point and considering renting again (even at the inflated prices). We are so glad she did as finally, we had success!

The home purchase process:

She kept on top of correspondence with the lender, title, seller's agent. After our previous disappointment, she managed our anxieties when we felt we weren't getting answers we needed or when we were worried we hadn't heard back from various parties. She even texted or phoned us when we were at our wits' end late at night to chat and reassure us that she would check things out the next day as a priority.

Finally. she gave us an amazing gift when we closed, which we weren't expecting as she knew how difficult it had been on our whole family. We can't thank her enough for her patience and tenacity on making our first home purchase in the USA an eventually success.

I definitely recommend Donna as buying agent for any home purchase.
