Donna Bradbury is the NYC realtor that nobody believe exists. We first met when I was trying to relocate from California to NYC with a dog. I found an article that she was quoted in, hunted her down, and begged for help! Not only did she know every dog friendly building in the city, she went to each available apartment that met the additional items on my “wish list” and took measurements, pictures, and most importantly, gave me her honest opinions.
We landed in our perfect rental and stayed for years.

Flash forward 8 years, and I’m ready to embark on the mildly terrifying journey of buying an apartment. I was searching listings and came across one that seemed like a good fit, so I decided to reach out to the realtor. I have no idea how to express the instant relief I felt when I saw that it was Donna Bradbury! She called me almost immediately and we gabbed like old friends! Then she went to WORK. Navigating the process of buying in NYC is not for the faint of heart, but with Donna and her encyclopedic knowledge, calm demeanor, and fierce advocacy, I closed on my co op within 3 months! Donna actually drove me to the closing and stayed until the papers were signed, the keys were in my hand, and a hug was shared.

It is without hesitation that I would recommend Donna Bradbury to anyone looking for a realtor whose expertise is only matched by her integrity.

Donna was my agent when I moved to the Upper East Side. She took me around at different properties (in unpleasant weather conditions as well) and finally said to me, this is the apartment for you....even though I didn't realize it at the time. She was right!!! I was extremely happy with her top-notch service and her candidness in my choice. Since then, I have referred every person I can to her. Simply the best.... Call Donna!
