Donna Dance

The owner of Royal Homes and Loans is a native Californian, born in Pasadena and has called Covina home for the last 43 years. She graduated from Edgewood High School in West Covina. Obtaining her real estate license in 1990 she quickly got involved with the Citrus Valley Board of Realtors previously holding a position on the Board of Directors as well as chairing various committees. Donna is proud to say that she has been in the same location since 1990 and despite the many challenges of the real estate industry, her doors have remained open. Seeing the advantages of working independently, she studied and received her Broker’s license in 2007.

Donna works tirelessly to get her clients the best possible service and a return on their real estate investment. She believes in giving back to the community and her company plans an annual event for Be the Match, an organization that manages the largest and most diverse bone marrow registry in the world. If she’s not working for her clients on the weekends, you’ll probably find her enjoying watersports at her vacation home in Arizona.
