Wow. I didn't expect to find the BEST agent I've ever had. The background - I had a serious trust issue with the agent and broker I originally listed with. Donna was able to advise me on what and how to end the relationship with them if I chose to do so. When I listed with her, she handled EVERYTHING while keeping me fully advised on what was going on. We closed in under 20 days, with minimal fuss for me. I live out of the USA, so having a responsible, trustworthy, knowledgeable agent was vital. I can't say enough good things about her!

We just sold our home in this currently insane housing market, and Donna's advice was critical: she told us to find someplace to move to before we even listed the house, and to make plans to stay out of the house the first weekend after the listing due to the demand for showings. Both were spot on, and as she anticipated we had an offer for full price that first weekend. She doesn't try to over promise on what a house will bring to try to get your business, either. She's excellent at doing the research to determine property values for the neighborhood. She made selling this house pretty easy and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an agent.

Donna was an essential part of our first home search. She was extremely knowledgeable about all areas / neighborhoods we looked at and was available to contact anytime. She not only helped us with our home search but was very helpful with any first time home buyer questions / concerns. Donna was the best person I could have found to sell my loved one’s home! She worked very hard, was happy to help when I asked and got the home sold for double what I was told I could get from another ‘successful’ agent in the area. I would use her again in a heartbeat. We could not have asked for a better person to help us find our first home! Being unfamiliar with the Dayton area and trying to figure out what we want in a home, Donna was very knowledgeable and helpful through the entire process. She was full of insight on the areas we were looking and the specific neighborhood and houses in which we were interested. Donna was receptive to our changing preferences and was very informative about the current nature of the housing market. Not only that, she is such a kind, calm person which put us at ease through the process of selecting and buying our home :)
