About Donna

I've lived in Frederick for almost 30 years, and have been involved in almost every aspect of this community. I started as a PTA advocate in 1990, and rapidly got involved in legislative issues that affected our schools. From 1998-2009, I served as an elected official for the City of Frederick. As an Alderman, I was involved in many planning decisions that helped Frederick become what it is today - a great community that combines historic structures with modern living. In addition to Real Estate, I am involved as a grant writer for Frederick Alliance for Youth and the Frederick County Humane Society and I substitute teach to stay involved with the school system. In 2011, I facilitated the set up of Friends of Carroll Creek, a group of downtown residents and businesspeople who are interested in the beautiful Linear Park that runs through downtown. I believe in community involvement, and am an active alumni of The Chamber of Commerce’s Leadership Frederick County program.
