Donna was exceptional. We had 17 homes for sale on a Street with only 241 units. I really didn't think I had a prayer for a sale, however, Donna was confident it would sell. Do [ exactly ] what she tells you to do. My home was relisted and sold within 10 days. Don't ask me how she did, but she did. She communicates well and does a superior job. She knows the Florida markets very well.

Donna was remarkable from the beginning taking over in a time of need to finalizing my sale efficiently and professionally. She is friendly, knowledgeable, patient, excited about the real estate field, and A Get It Done person. Her availability was unmatched, always a quick phone call away, no hesitancy to confront my confusions and disappointments when sellers backed out or did not show up. My husband is no longer alive so I had to sell and make a lot of decisions alone with her guidance and total assistance. She is non-judgmental, knew just what to remove for a neat, less is more video walk-thru emphasizing the house not the interior belongings. She's quick to respond, extremely professional, loves selling properties and knowledgeable about the area and competition. A pleasure to work with, cannot thank her enough and wish her the Best Success.
