Donna’s first step is to “ Do the Right Thing” Listen well and understand exactly what the buyer and seller want and need.
As a 20-plus-year veteran of the banking industry she is no stranger to negotiations and roles, the roles of both buyer and seller
are particular to the goals set by the individuals. Thus the importance of understanding the challenges of her clients is first and
foremost. Donna became licensed as a Realtor in 1991 when she relocated to DFW at that time she was an Asset Manager for
FAMCO. This certainly became a positive thing for her when she became a single Mom in 1995.
Donna inherited the entrepreneurial spirit from her Grandfather. As a graduate of Syracuse University with a BA in CPA Accounting a
a minor in Speech Communication where she was elected accounting Society -President. Donna started her career at Irving Trust a top
10 Bank and ended her career in banking as an Asset Manager of 145 Million portfolios in assets. Donna's banking experiences have
come in handy, especially her construction lending experience.
As an insider in Tarrant County-Donna and her family have been involved in serving the community: church start-up, CCD teacher,
Knight of Columbus Four Degree, Political Action Committee (Metroplex Board), and PTA in GISD let’s just say we are involved here in
both Colleyville and Grapevine. Being a “ Realtor” has allowed her to raise her Nicholas Nixon, Graduate of Grapevine High School
and the University of Oklahoma. The other two loves in her life are her Westies -Prince and Yogi.
Donna sees her role as a counselor, teacher, and protector of the consumer you could say she has a big heart. Donna's clients say she
is “so nice” but do not mistake that as a weakness she has your best interest in mind from start to finish. Donna’s high energy and
kind heartiness keep you in the right place. Serving those in the military is an honor from USSA, Cartus, and Navy Federal
a privilege. The goal is to safeguard her clients' interests and their funds while helping them achieve their Real Estate Dreams and
Objectives.
Donna has been called the “Realtors “ Realtors to this day she will always strive to do whatever can to please and create a win-win.
