She was very knowledgeable about the current market and about all the paperwork necessary to complete the deal. She was always available to answer questions and to deal with issues. Way better experience than I expected.  Totally pleased.  Bragging to everyone about how well we did.  My agent was superb.  Couldn't ask for anyone better.  I interviewed several "big name" agents and some friends and family recommendations and the agent we chose was simply outstanding.  We sold our sweet little house for in four days for $30,000 over asking price for cash with nice speedy close.  Our Clever agent was first class all the way.  All the neighbors were shocked at how many showings we had, the superior photographs, outstanding brochures and beautiful mailings that were sent out.  I'm a genius for selecting Donna Jarock with Coldwell Banker to sell my home!!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Donna on purchasing a new home and selling our existing home. Many things stand out regarding the service that Donna provides but most notably, you will find that Donna is incredibly responsive. Her response time is immediate which is so important regardless of whether you are the seller, buyer or agent. Additionally, Donna is interested in helping you make the best sale/purchase. Donna steered us away from many homes that would have been a higher commission for her but ultimately were not that right fit for our family. Donna is a true professional. From the first phone call to the sale /purchase of the home, you get Donna's full attention and expertise. You can just tell immediately that Donna has ample experience in all aspects of real estate. She goes above and beyond and it is evident that she will work hard for you no matter what your price point or need. We probably toured 40+ homes with Donna and never felt pressure or frustration. You will also find that Donna will share her true perspective on anything that comes up. This can be invaluable when you need some decisive direction in the selling/purchasing experience. We appreciated Donna from start to finish and although Donna is not the type of sales person that desires to become your best friend for the sake of the sale, you will find that it is easy to consider her a trusted confidant for many years to come. Quit looking, list with Donna. Completely happy with the job Donna did selling my house. She has years of experience and has the leverage of Coldwell Banker. I listened to her recommendation for the best listing price for my house and went just a bit more. We had 57 showings in 4 days! I had so many offers above asking price, Donna created a spreadsheet to make it easier for me to evaluate them. Then, she spent the weekend going back and forth with buyer agents negotiating better offers. I listed the house for $20,000 more than I paid for it two years ago, then I sold it for $48,000 more thanks to Donna. When I need for a real estate agent again, I will be seeking her out!

She communicates well, is responsive and available whenever needed. Donna has been in the business for 24 years and her experience, knowledge, resources and good judgment are assets. We had several challenges along the way and she worked diligently to resolve them with everyone's interests in mind. The words that I use to describe Donna Jarock are competent, honest. efficient and brilliant. I have no idea how I found this amazing lady, but I am so grateful I did! Donna helped me with sale of two homes and the purchase of my current home. She was always available to me when I had questions about any detail of the selling or buying process. I was amazed at how quickly she would respond to my text or emails! If I reached out to Donna, I would literally here back from her within minutes! Donna is honest, and a straight-shooter who provided me sound advice. Both homes that I sold, one in 2015 and one in June 2020, sold in under three (3) days! I found Donna’s ad on the back of a bathroom stall inside a VASA gym. Not sure where to begin, I reached out to her and she immediately got us set up to start looking at properties on the MLS. Once ready to move forward, Donna was open to phone calls, got us set up for finance pre-approval, and ventured out to tour several houses within a couple of days. During the trying times of COVID-19, we went into the processing knowing it wouldn’t be your typical realtor/buyer relationship. Having never met in person, our first encounter was quite funny having her throw a bag of gloves at me for touring all the houses. Donna was very flexible, spent her day showing us houses from Castle Rock to Aurora and even added on one that wasn’t initially on our list until the last minute. She guided us through each house and the pros/cons to each. She was able to spot things the average person wouldn’t and offered her expertise on things that would make the difference in each home. When it came time to decide, she was outstanding! She is very professional, honest and attentive. We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Donna and I would highly recommend her to anyone searching for a new home!

I can’t say enough great things about Donna. This is our first time buying a home and she made the process as easy as it could possibly be for us.
