Donna Schroder

Donna and her husband of 40 years (yes, she got married young) have lived in Oregon since 1996. They moved here from So. They have 4 grown kids: 2 daughters and 2 sons, w/2 son in laws, a daughter in law and 6 precious grandchildren, as well as 2 dogs who live on a little less than 2 acres. Donna and her family love to go to the coast (and the Blazer Games!) She wears her Blazer jersey to games, often face painted. With decent weather, if she’s not working with clients, then she’s outside as much as possible with or on her acre gardening.

She LOVES her job. She was licensed in 2003, then she began her own brokerage, Next-Door Properties, LLC in April, 2012. This had been her goal for many years, to both own and manage her own real estate brokerage! Her scope of service is wide and diverse, and not limited to one city or county both residential and acreage. She sells properties in the wine country and on Mt. Hood, and everything in between.

Donna loves the people she works with; they’ve become friends for many years!
