Donna is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!! We had to sell a relative's house, and do not live close by. Donna stepped in at every turn and helped us find people to empty it, and to clean it, and then to paint it. When the snow started, she found people to plow it. When the septic was questioned, she found someone to inspect it. She stopped in to check the oil, met contractors there for us, and generally helped us nonstop with everything that needed to get done. We could not have prepared the house and sold it from a distance without her. And of course, she got us a great price!! She really knows the area and knows what people want. Donna was our saving grace. And she is a wonderful person to know on top of it all. We were blessed to have found her. Thank you Donna!!

Our family will be eternally grateful to Donna for her incredible work as our agent and guide during the process of selling our property. It was the culmination of a long and difficult process for our family as we were selling the beloved long-time home of my elderly parents. It was a very lived-in home, the furthest thing from a luxury property, and yet Donna made us feel as if we were her number 1 priority at every step of the way. From our first meeting, we had a great feeling about her as she was so engaging and yet brutally honest, making observations that none of the other agents we had spoken to had made, and treating the situation of my parents with the utmost sensitivity and understanding. Throughout the process, she kept us updated and gave us practical advice, and was responsive to us at all hours and days, patiently indulging our many questions. Donna went far beyond the call of duty numerous times, making phone calls, traveling, and doing all sorts of things on our behalf to take care of pre-closing items that were difficult for us to handle. She was an expert about every aspect of the region in which the home was located and had a wealth of contacts that came in handy on a number of occasions. We ended up selling the home within the price range Donna had estimated, and it all went so much more smoothly than we imagined it would. It is difficult to imagine that any other broker could have accomplished what Donna did for us, not just in selling the house but in giving our family comfort the entire way that we were in trusted hands and would be taken care of. We are so very grateful and would recommend Donna without reservation to anyone looking for a real estate agent, and particularly for those in difficult situations and/or may need some more hand-holding.

My family had the recent pleasure of both selling our home and purchasing a new one under Donna’s guidance. In terms of our sale, she was completely honest with us about what our expectations should be all the while taking care to be sensitive to our feelings with her suggestions. This was our third attempt at selling our home and Donna accomplished what two other teams of realtors couldn’t do with our house on the market for almost a year each time. We received multiple offers on our home the first week on the market. When our first buyer fell through, Donna knew exactly how we should move forward to capitalize on what we learned from the issues that arose leading to having to find a new buyer. Donna responded to us day and night, no matter what we needed. I loved Donna’s enthusiasm when we were ‘shopping’ for a new house. We knew exactly where we wanted to live but as soon as houses went on the market, they all had multiple bids. Donna took the initiative and scoured expired listings to show us. We told her which house we were interested in and she contacted the owner directly to ask if they were still interested in selling. Beyond our wildest dreams, they wanted to sell and let us see the house before they listed it. We made an offer and the rest is history. Donna stayed in constant contact with the sellers as to be transparent in where we were in the sale of our house and a realistic timeline for closing. By the time we finished all the closings Donna felt more like family than realtor. I highly recommend choosing to work with her for all real estate related needs.
