We worked with Steve to find our dream home. We told him up front what we were looking for and what we were not willing to give up. It took us a few months to find the right house but Steve was patient throughout the whole process. We did hit a few bumps along the way but Steve made sure all the peices fell into place. We also listed our house with 5 Star and had it sold within a week. I HIGHLY recommend working with the team at Family Roots. They met all our needs and then some.

When we had a meet & greet to see if this was the real estate team we wanted to go with, we instantly connected with Steve. He was very personal, educational, and kind hearted. When it comes to real estate it's a business for both parties, but Steve really made it feel like he wanted the best outcome for us and made us feel like a part of the family. We had a tremendous experience working with our realtor Steve Meszaros and we truly couldn’t be happier. From our very first conversation, it was clear that Steve was personally and professionally committed to assisting us in the sale of our house.

Prior to listing Steve provided us with several options of people and services that could assist us in preparing the home for sale. He provided suggestions on upgrades and repairs that would make the sale more seamless and to ensure the home would pass a home inspection without issues.

Steve kept up appraised through every step including his expert advice on pricing the home correctly by his understanding of the local market. His strategy was excellent—high-quality photos, strong listing descriptions, quickly generated a seriously interested buyer even before any formal showing.

The house sold quickly and for what we thought was a fair price for both us and the buyers. Although the closing process was a little stressful it was not because of Steve. The VA had failed to submit the proper paperwork to the lender but Steve worked tirelessly in order for us to close on the proper date.

We are extremely grateful for the tireless dedication Steve brought to selling our home. If you are looking for a realtor who delivers personal and professional results above and beyond your expectations, we fully recommend Steve Meszaros!

In the future when we are ready to sell our current home we would absolutely work with Steve again and recommend him without hesitation.
