Donya Morgan-Douglas

Effective marketing and strong negotiating skills are two reasons Donya Morgan, of Keller Williams Real Estate continues to thrive in the competitive Los Angeles County marketplace. Named New Champion and inducted into the Silver Circle her second year in the business Donya entered the scene and has started creating a team of specialists to assist in the complex real estate process. Furthermore, Donya and her team work out of a state-of-the-art office that she and her team members are able to thrive in.

Before Donya became a real estate professional, she studied fashion design, merchandising and architecture at Los Angeles Trade Technical College then proceeded to become a design director where she was able to travel to several Asian countries. She is also a board mentor for a non-profit organization where she enjoys mentoring women to become their very best selves.

Donya got into real estate full-time when she went to buy her first home, she interviewed several real estate agencies and no one called her back, when one agent finally called her back, he proceeded to tell her that she did not qualify to own a home! Four months later Donya was in her own home. During this time, she began thinking, there has to be a better way to do real estate and set about to change the way real estate is done.

Donya’s goal is to build a team of professionals where they could all work together and use their strengths to help those wanting to buy, sell, or invest in real estate more effectively. She also enjoys building the systems in order to achieve her dream of creating a top real estate team in Los Angeles County. Donya and her team thrive on creating a consistent and excellent customer experience, 100% of the time. Their goal is to provide every client with the information they need to make the right decision for their situation and have an enjoyable time doing it in the process!

Donya is married to her husband, Del, has a son, Sheldon, a daughter-in-law, Tamara and a grandson, Elijah.
