Dorian is a fantastic realtor and I will use her for any of my future home purchases in Georgia. When I moved back to Georgia, my goal was to find an investment / Airbnb property that would provide a stream of income. Not only did Dorian provide accurate advise as to the location for an Airbnb, she also helped me navigate the homebuying process with ease. Highly recommended.

When my husband and I decided to move from Idaho to Georgia 2 years ago; our daughter Harmony-(who has since become a realtor-largely in part to Dorian‘s influence,) told us about her friend Dorian Hill.
Dorian worked hard for and with us to find a home that would be a great fit for us.
She was knowledgeable and ‘present’ each step of the way. She took care of each detail- from start to finish.
She had answers for our questions, and helped us through any concerns. Moving across the country— we had plenty!
We were so pleased with her dedication and commitment to assist in finding our home …she gained our trust, complete confidence.. and did not disappoint us in any way. We are in our perfect little home and we couldn’t be happier!
