We have worked with Doris and Michael as both sellers and buyers. They are amazing! When we sold our home they gave us step by step specific suggestions on how to prepare our property for show. We sold within a week. Recently they helped us purchase a condominium and we got the same professional service. They are quick to respond and always willing to answer questions. Plus they are just super nice people. Their number one focus is to satisfy you as their client. They have our highest recommendation.

In my years of dealing with realtors I've literally never experienced the service Doris and Micheal provided me as a home buyer and seller. As a buyer or seller you want an experienced realtor. Not only do they represent clients but they also flip homes. That's important to a buyer because it's nothing about a home they don't have personal experiences with. There isn't a question you may have that they do not have the answer to. Micheal has a background in engineering and Doris has a keen eye for design. They cover all the bases.
Three specific things my favorite realtors did for me more than other realtors in my past include:coming up with demands for my homes previous owner that pocketed me an extra TWO THOUSAND dollars off of my negotiated price. I was lost on what to attack after my inspection and the Wright's personally took charge for me. Second, if I called them at 7am or 8pm excited about a home they literally dropped everything EVERYTIME and we went to view the property. With the viewing always came stats on comps in the neighborhood. Along with never making me feel like I'm bothering or wasting time, along with not rushing me through the buying process, the MOST important part of my dealings came after signing and moving in. My favorite realtors insisted I call them and ask them for anything. The quote was" this is a partnership for life". I guarantee you've never experienced customer service like this in your life.
I sold my previous home, and bought my new one on the same day. Stressful for most, but they kept everything organized and on time. They negotiated move out days and really are just amazing people. I can go on and on but I'll stop with this. Your making a huge mistake if you choose another realtor in Cleveland to go with. True professionals.

Their extensive knowledge of the area ensured that we found the perfect home for our family. When it was time to sell, they provided us with excellent contacts to get our house ready for the market. I have had the pleasure of using Doris and Michael on two occasions, once in purchase and once in resale. In both cases, there was no question or concern that wasn't answered or followed thru on. They truly have your best interests in mind as they represent you. In the sale, it was estate property and a neighbor was interested, Michael insisted on doing the showing as to not let emotions get in the way and mistakes made. He said "this is what we do". Their attention and expertise got us extremely fair deals in both the sale and purchase. Let them " Do what they do" for you, you won't be disappointed.
