Doug Dashiell

Doug Dashiell is an Associate Advisor with NAI Coastal. A Salisbury native born into an entrepreneurial family with an extensive background in real estate acquisition and portfolio management, Dashiell is well versed in all aspects of the commercial real estate industry.

Throughout the course of his career, Dashiell has gained experience in the management of both residential and commercial properties. After eight years in the business, he is responsible for the management of over 1,200 units. Dashiell excels in customer relations and prides himself on his ability to efficiently manage the needs of his clients through proactive communication. His knowledge surrounding the logistics of owning investment properties serves as the foundation for his brokerage business.

After graduating from Flagler College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Dashiell returned to the Delmarva Peninsula and currently resides in Ocean City, Maryland. In addition to commercial brokerage, Dashiell enjoys surfing, hunting, fishing, and spending time with his wife, son and two golden retrievers.
