When i was looking for a house in Northern Ky last year Doug was my agent. He really stepped up and found me the type of homes i was looking for. He was also really good at pointing out small issues with homes that i may have overlooked. Doug was very attentive to my needs as a new home owner. Once i bought my home , Doug also helped me find people to help me with improvements for anything i needed. So even after my house was bought. Doug was still working with me. It has been a great experience having Doug as my agent.

My home buying experience was amazing! Doug Mayberry, made the entire process so easy, I was a first time buyer and I had to buy my home while living in another state. He was always available.If I had questions he would provide answers , I never had to wonder what was happening. He went out of his way for me .
Doug is a great honest and trustworthy agent.

Doug Mayberry is an awesome realtor, he goes above and beyond in everything he does. He was very helpful in preparing our house for the sale to explaining everything that we needed to know what was going to be happening through the whole process. Doug knows his job so well and does an excellent job. He sold our house in 3 days and then Doug proceeded to continue the help with the purchase of our land and he didn't stop there Doug also found us a builder to begin construction on our new forever home. We are so grateful for Doug, he is not only a realtor but a new friend for my husband and I. Thank you Doug Mayberry for all you have done for us.

We were in the market to buy a farm and met Doug through a Zillow listing that we wanted some information on. He was not the listing agent but immediately took ownership of the process. He took care of getting the showing set and he also did some research on other farms that my fit what we were looking for. As it turned out the first farm wasn’t right for us but he was able to get another showing set up immediately and when we went to the second farm we knew right away that this was the farm we had been looking for. We have purchased many houses but buying a farm is different and Doug was very helpful in getting us through the process. At the end of the day we now have 3 generations of our family living on a 185 acre farm that we love and Doug played a huge role in this. I would recommend him to anyone buying a house or a farm.
