With nearly 25 years of commercial real estate experience, Doug has a proven record of building commercial real estate relationships in the local region and nearly 70% of his business is referral based. Doug has extensive experience in all facets of commercial real Estate; including retail, mixed use, office and residential development, land entitlements, tenant, landlord, investor and owner representation and extensive construction knowledge. Doug’s experience allows him to assist above and beyond a broker with tenant improvement/construction and landlord/owner entitlements to name a few. As a developer/owner, Doug has extensive knowledge in cost projections, valuation and project management. As a broker, Doug in 2014/2024 alone has represented over $300 Million in commercial real estate transactions in the local Sacramento Market. Doug is actively involved in his local community of Folsom, holding positions as a Chamber Board Member, Folsom Historic District Association Board Member, and Reserve Police Officer for over 29 years, where he was awarded by the community as Folsom’s “Best of The Best” Police Officer in 2004, and best business person in 2015 and 2016 (Style Magazine.)
