Doug Smith

Doug and his wife Jenny have been in the area for 21 years. Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Doug was a Director at Chick-fil-a Blairsville as well as their family-owned Camp Jabez Retreat Center for many years.

What Doug finds most rewarding about being a REALTOR® is being able to share our beautiful area with people and helping them find the perfect place to call home. His favorite part of the job is building relationships! Homes sell themselves, but a client’s ability to build trust through the transaction is rooted in the relationships that he builds. His desire is to earn their business by understanding what is motivating their decision to buy in the mountains.

Doug has lived in the north GA mountains for 21 years and cannot imagine living anywhere else! "We have a small-town feel with big opportunities to adventure and explore", he adds.
