In the year 2000 I retired from a high stress career looking for something different. That different was real estate. An MBA with emphasis on marketing has paid off several times for Selling clients. Years in administrative positions prepared me for communication, service-oriented performance, and predicting challenges before they happen. Experiences and skills that have prepared me to be a better Realtor. I strive to deliver more than I promise. I am committed to my clients. In 2004 after suffering a heart attack and while sitting in ICU recovering, I had the Nurses bring me a phone. I called all my clients and told them I had a little hick-up and may be out of service for a few days. That if they had any immediate needs, to please call my Broker. I called my Broker and explained. Then I told the nurses I was done and they took the phone out so I could follow Doctor's orders and relax. Two days later I had my son drive me to a home inspection for clients buying a home. I wasn't going to let my clients suffer because of a health set back. I didn't miss a beat in ensuring my clients were well taken care of.
Faith in God, honesty and integrity are high on my value list. The way I look at it what I did yesterday impacts on Sellers and Buyers whom I work with today. What I do today will impact on Buyers and Sellers in the future. Treating people with respect promotes respect. Providing exemplary service ensures client satisfaction. A win-win attitude in every sale promotes a win-win for the future.
Removing stress from Buyers and Sellers is a non-contractual part of my service. It's part of my job as I see it. I anticipate what my be a challenge and am preemptive in either eliminating a problem or reducing it. If something needs to be done, I make sure it gets done, even when it is the responsibility of the Agent managing the other side. Making sure transactions run as smooth as possible.
I want to be your Realtor. I want you to brag to you family, friends and co-workers about the exemplary service you received. I want them to come to me with their real estate needs and repeat the process. That's how I survive in this business, by offering less and delivering more.
