Originally from NY, Doug has happily lived in the Massachusetts Boston area for over 20 years.
After attending Wagner College in NY, he pursued a career in the apparel industry, working for Reebok and traveling around the world to places such as China, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Mexico, and India.
Prior to his full-time real estate career, he owned a successful chain of dry cleaning stores in Metrowest Boston.
Doug loves working with people, and consequently, Real Estate affords him the opportunity of reaching out to diverse groups of people and helping them achieve their goal of finding the home of their dreams.
Married to his lovely wife, Maria, Doug is a proud father of five children. They all certainly keep him on his toes! Maria and he support many wonderful organizations that help people living with special needs. Inspired by their daughter’s early passing, after Hurricane Katrina they went down to New Orleans with Sherborn’s Unitarian Church to help them rebuild … and proudly continue to do so.
Community involvement is Doug's ongoing passion. For many years he coached local youth teams in soccer, baseball, lacrosse and football. As the co-chairperson for the Habitat for Humanity project in Holliston, he’s pleased to share that they recently built and provided homes for two families, allowing them the opportunity to move into the home of their dreams!
