Dov Chein

Dov Chein is an Investment Sales Professional at Ariel Property Advisors. In addition to originating and executing exclusive listing sales, he is responsible for leading business development and networking initiatives in Brooklyn, with a particular focus on the neighborhoods of Greenpoint and East Williamsburg.

Prior to joining Ariel Property Advisors, Mr. Chein worked for 8 years as the Principal Broker at Brooklyn Vertical, a real estate firm he founded. During this time, he led a team of brokers that transacted over $20 million in residential sales and more than 1,200 leases for rent stabilized, free market and retail units. Mr. Chein’s reputation and proven track record has allowed him to gain the trust of clients throughout the Brooklyn real estate community, resulting in repeat business.

Earlier in his career, he was a sales representative at Empire Global LLC, a residential real estate investment company that focused on foreclosures and distressed properties in Brooklyn.

He is involved in various philanthropic organizations in conjunction with the company and in his personal life, such as the Chabad Association of Forest Hills and Crown Heights Lubavitch’s after school program.

Mr. Chein is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York. Mr. Chein was born and raised in Brooklyn. He graduated from Touro College and Yeshiva Gedola of Safed in Israel. During his leisure time, he enjoys photography, follows architecture, plays hockey, and attends sporting events, namely hockey and football games.
