My husband and I had the great pleasure of working with Drew Foma’i back in 2012 and again this year in 2020. We were extremely satisfied with Drew’s work ethic and great personality that we only considered him as our realtor to help us sell our home and help us buy a new home. Back in 2012 my husband and I were looking for our first home where we would have the space to start our family. Drew did not disappoint when it came to taking all of our must haves into account and was extremely patient with us as we navigated through our first home purchase experience. This year, we were ready to sell our beloved first home and move into a bigger home, now that we have two small children. Drew’s expertise, insights and advise helped us prepare our home to make sure it would sell for what we thought it was worth. After several consultations with Drew we decided to put our first home on the market. Drew was very considerate of the current COVID situation and respectful of our space. He was deliberate in his marketing and had appointment only viewings for potential buyers. It is because of Drew that we sold our first home at a RECORD SETTING rate. My husband and I could not be happier. While we were in the process of selling our home we were also on the hunt for our new home. Thanks to Drew we were successful in finding our new home all while selling our first home. We can not thank Drew enough for making this entire process as seem less and stress free as possible even under all the COVID regulations. His constant communication, responsiveness and transparency made our relationship with Drew feel like he was family. Putting all our faith on Drew was easy to do because of his character, work ethic and positive yet realistic outlook. Having Drew be our Realtor was the best decision we made back in 2012 and again this year, 2020. We are proud to be second time home owners to a beautiful home. I can't fully express in words the wonderful experience we had searching and buying a home with Drew. We are first time home buyers, didn't know anything about anything, but Drew came highly recommended and now we know why. 😉 He helped start us in the right direction and kept us positive while we were trying to get ourselves in the right position to buy. He suggested places that he thought would work for us and helped us figure out what we really were looking for in a home, especially since we were so lost. And he was patient and supportive while we kept going back and forth with what we really wanted. Finally, when we got pre-approved Drew was right there with a whole list of homes for us to tour, even during this COVID time. There were ups and downs as he said there would be, offers that were rejected, counter offers that went back and forth, and offers that were accepted. He was there for us when we realized the home we thought was it turned out to be NOT it and had a new list of tours ready for us ASAP. He was even able to arranged a showings for us right after we told him we were interested in a home (same day). Drew answered all our questions (we had a lot of them), he was so responsive, and very professional. We felt very confident having Drew with us because we knew he was on our side. We can honestly say that we are in our dream home now because Drew worked hard for us, above and beyond. If we ever need to sell our home or buy a new home, Drew is the one we are calling!

Drew was an amazing agent! He helped sell our condo, and went out of his way to make sure there was constant interest, including following up with leads. He even saved us money by virtually staging the empty condo to give potential buyers multiple ideas of what a furnished unit would look like. Drew is absolutely amazing!!! He really gets it! He is very welcoming and wants to understand your needs. He really cares about finding your forever home. Very punctual, communicates regularly giving you updates as the process moves along. I remember texting him at 10pm about some of the properties we viewed that day, what other realtor would do that? Drew Fomai helped us sell our income property a few years ago. He arranged showing of the property in a very courteous and timely manor. Even after having a tenant that was not very cooperative. He always managed to convince the tenant to show the property in a very graceful and convincing way. After an offer was accepted, Drew kept us up to date and connected with his staff to complete the escrow process. I have had the pleasure of working with Drew Foma'i for nearly 10 years now. I chose him to manage my rental property after interviewing a number of candidates, and he very quickly proved that I had made the right choice. I live in Shanghai, China and I needed to have confidence that my property manager was up to the task of handling just about anything that came up without the need to constantly check in with me. Over the years, I gained a level of trust in Drew that was earned over and over by his professionalism, his dedication, and the decisions he made on my behalf in response to a variety of situations that came up along the way. Drew managed my rental property so professionally that I never had to worry about anything. It simply doesn't get any better than that.
Recently, I decided to sell that particular rental property and of course, there was no question who would represent my interests as a seller. Once again Drew provided exemplary service in not only selling my home, but also in the myriad of things he did to make it easier for me. He handled every detail, from prepping the property for showing, cleaning the windows, making minor repairs and eventually finding a buyer for the furniture that I had used to stage the property for sale. Now the property is sold, and yet Drew was there to help move things out on moving day, he is helping me find a rental space to store the car I still have in CA, now that the home has been sold where I formerly garaged my car. His dedication to his clients doesn't stop with a commission check...he is there before, during and AFTER the sale. His attention to detail is second to none, and his follow up is way beyond anything I have ever experienced in the past.
