Presently the firm is led by the managing broker, Drew B Krisco (Mr. Grizaffi's Grandson), directs and oversees the asset management of more than a dozen commercial-retail/office properties in the Bern portfolio. Through his stewardship, the company remains committed to preserving the value created, while progressively evaluating future redevelopment opportunities in which an enhanced value can be realized by its partners and they have parented with.
