Drew is an exceptional realtor!! I have bought and sold several homes in the past, and have never worked with someone as honest and professional as Drew. Everything he said he was going to do he did, and got us significantly more for our property than we thought we would get. From negotiating, to giving suggestions to maximize the value of our property, there is no one better in Real Estate. Drew and his team took great care of me every step of the way. This was my first time buying all on my own. I had a general idea of what i wanted, and then i would receive updates on homesnap with my criteria of places i would like. It made it so much easier than trying to find places on redfin or zillow app. I was able to see places within a day or two and they helped me write competitive offers and on my 3rd offer, it was accepted. I closed and it was such a smooth transaction.

We recently used Drew Lyon to sell our property in Carlsbad. Selling this home was a huge life change for us, and I am happy to say that Drew made the whole process practically seamless and truly exceeded our expectations. From the moment we hired Drew he was extremely clear and upfront about every step of the process, he educated us on the current market, and he proved to be very knowledgeable. Drew helped us buy our home in Carlsbad. It was an incredible experience. We were moving from out of state so he FaceTimed us from the house so we could do a walk through on opening day as it was a competitive buying experience. What could have been a terribly stressful and painful buying experience was stress-free and easy. He helped find a mortgage provider too and we got a great rate. We plan to use Drew for our next home purchase!
