Drew was perfect, really helped with the search and looked for houses filling our specifications and not just sending us listings of whatever house filled our price range. Once we found a house he went to bat for us and really worked on making sure the contract was fair and that we understood it every step of the way. He also sent us the name of some contractors to work on the property once we got it.

5+++++ experience!! I found Drew Smith online when I did a Google search for 5 star realtors around Mansfeild OH. From the day I contacted him until our property settled he handled our property like it was his top priority. We had a very unique situation our property is in OH and we live 6 hrs away in PA. Drew came and met us at the property gave his recommendations on what needed to be done. Next he went back to his office and did some research and contacted us the next day with what the next steps would be. He sent a photographer who took amazing photos both from the ground and ariel veiws with protery lines. He posted the property listing and sold it in 1 day of listing. Being from out of state He made this transaction so easy to handle online. We settled and had our money in less then a week. From the time we met Drew through out the process he made us feel like we were his top priority. As a first time homebuyer I was unfamiliar with the process but Drew informed me of all the steps needed to be taken in order to close on a home. Drew Smith is the most amazing realtor you will ever find! He is incredibly responsive and always available. He is also incredibly selfless, he will help you make the best decision regardless of how it may affect him. He found us our dream home in only two days and got our very first offer accepted. As a single senior citizen woman I was very apprehensive and concerned about the process of selling my home. Drews reputation has followed him for many miles. I obtained Drew’s name through a broker out of Georgia that was a friend of my brothers. I lived in Ohio.She did the research and sent me to Drew. I will be forever grateful to her and to Drew. I met with Drew and found him to be very professional, knowledgeable and reassuring. Drew explained the entire selling process in terms that I could understand and he removed all fears that I had moving forward. He gave me time to think about the information and followed up with me later allowing the time to process the information and make a decision. He said that I could let him know my decision when I was ready… No pressure!!!! Amazing. I cannot believe how smooth the sale of my home went. My home sold within the first 24 hours with many offers. Drew explained each offer thoroughly and let me make the decision regarding which offer I would accept without any pressure or attempt to sway my decision in any way. The very first day we spoke he told me felt he felt my home would sell and close within 35 days of listing. I had my doubts. To my surprise I signed the final closing papers 34 Days from the listing of my home. There were no hitches The sale went very smoothly and exactly as he told me it would be. I can never thank Drew enough for his help with the sale of my home sale. I definitely recommend Drew as the agent anyone would need to meet their home selling and buying needs. We worked with Drew for more than a year searching for the right home. He was patient with us as we slowly figured out what we actually wanted from a home. He met us time and again as we looked at over a dozen houses. He sent us leads on a regualar basis and helped us research several properties in detail. He followed up on every question we asked and gave clear advice in several situations that helped us make a good decision. We finally found a home that met every detail we looked for. It’s been a long process in finding a house our family. We used a few other realtors, everyone seemed to care more about selling us the house then actually making sure this is the house we want. Drew did a fantastic job for us, he understood our needs and wants and he did everything he could in helping us find the home. Honestly wish we would of found him first before the other realtors. I can’t tell you how many houses we looked at over the majority of this housing crisis but having someone not only point out the good but actually look at and point out the bad was truly a blessing. Honestly we went through 2 realtors before we met Drew. Wish we would’ve started with Drew from the beginning. Very honest and trust worthy. He was very helpful every step of the way and always available to answer questions. The market as everyone knows is insane and if you don’t see a property and as soon as it hits or before it hits the market then it’s already gone. Drew went out of his way to ensure we could see properties as soon as possible. He would send us homes or even we found something we would send it to him. He would get us in within 30 minutes or the first available slot the home offered for viewing. He was here for us every step of the way. He went above and beyond his job title. There was a time we had a job change during the process when we were so close to the finish line. We were in contract and rather than becoming frustrated he told us everything would be fine. He helped us to work with the sellers and the mortgage company to get it all worked out and it did. We got our dream home. There was another time we had a hiccup with the loan and he went and made the necessary repairs to get the loan to go through while we were at work. In the end he became more than a realtor he became a friend.

I could not have special ordered a better real estate agent than Drew. My sister lives in Ohio in a mobile home park and she was relocated to a nursing home. I recently closed on a new home for me and my son and we couldn’t be happier and that is in large part thanks to Drew. I began my search for a new home earlier in the year and every step of the way Drew was there to help me out and answer all my questions. His knowledge and expertise was pivotal in finding the perfect home. I’ll be honest I didn’t make it easy for him lol. I had a very specific list of needs/wants which made finding the right place difficult but Drew was up to the challenge. He never stopped looking for us even though he was balancing multiple clients and numerous showings he kept in constant contact with me and provided excellent guidance through the process. Anyone who has ever purchased a home knows it never goes 100% according to plan. In our case there were several issues which had to be negotiated and Drew did a fantastic job mediating on my behalf and getting the deal done. At the end of the day we closed a good deal on a house we love. If I ever buy or sell in the future I’ll definitely be calling Drew because I know he will make it a smooth and enjoyable experience.

We needed to sell our house in Marysville quickly after a few changes in family name we health and Drew was GREAT. He worked out all the details and unexpected kinks that come along with selling a house. The open houses went off without a hitch and when private showings were requested Drew made sure we had plenty of notice to accommodate the client as well as our animals.
