Margaret and Drew did were fantastic in helping me sell my mom's house as part of closing out her estate. Their assessment of the property and advice on how to prepare the house was spot on, and we had multiple offers right away. They provided clear and thorough assessments of the potential buyers that greatly aided us in selecting an offer. Margaret paid close attention to our needs and incorporated them throughout the process. With their connections and knowledge, the escrow proceeded without a hitch and the sale closed ahead of schedule. I heartily recommend!

Margaret Van Herk was 15 out of 10! She bent over backward for me. I started looking in Huntington Beach, but quickly realized this wasn’t working out, so even though she’s based in Huntington Beach and lives in Huntington Beach, she was more than willing to continue to work with me when I started looking in Beaumont, CA.

When I found my dream home, she was working on my offer immediately. I felt like I was working with my best friend rather than a real estate agent.

If I texted her a question or an update she would often respond in minutes. When you choose to work with Margaret (and I HIGHLY recommend you do) she will make contact with you quickly and invite you to meet anywhere that’s convenient for you to discuss what you want, deal breakers, price ranges, neighborhoods, etc.. after you finish, they will give you their opinion/feedback on what you said and ask follow up questions and suggest you check out things you might not have considered, etc.

Drew and his team were VERY helpful in helping me and my wife buy our first home together. We came in with a lot of specific ideas in mind, Drew was incredibly patient with us, was always available for a phone call/text, and took the time to explain the ins and outs of the home-buying process for us.

He has a great team he works with and everybody coordinated and streamlined the process for us and made it as quick and easy as possible, especially in this hot market. We bought a condo in South Temecula in a new area and it was everything we were looking for and more! We were able to quickly tour the condo as soon as it was available and we got our offer accepted within 24 hours. Drew and his team are great to work with.

Margaret and Drew Van Herk helped us sell our home in Westminster, and the process was seamless. They showed up day one and had already done their homework by talking to agents of homes that were comps to get a feel for the market. They had a list price that was above what we even considered, and managed to sell for even more! They were present for all showings, inspections, etc., and allowed us to be hands off and not stress. The house sold within 2 weeks! 100% highly recommend!!

When we realized we wanted more space for our growing family, we decided to put our home up for sale and search for a new one. We were excited but also very overwhelmed by the thought of moving with 3 young children. After speaking with Margaret, she thoroughly explained the process and made us feel confident in our decision to move. We didn’t have the easiest situation, as we wanted to find a home before we sold ours, but Margaret and Drew worked exceptionally hard to pull this off for us, all while making the transition as stress free and smooth as possible. They helped in the preparation of showing our home, found the perfect buyers for our home, continuously showed us new homes until we found the perfect one, and prepared a very thorough and stand-out offer to be presented to the sellers. I can't say enough positive things about the Van Herk Team. We interviewed 4 realtors - the Van Herk Team was the only candidate who made us feel heard and understood. They went above and beyond by assisting with relocating our current tenant, then prepping the house to be listed. Drew did some incredible media work on our property and they both took the time to get to know the property and the community. The end result - an amazing sales price, a very easy transaction and very happy buyers and sellers.

Margaret's knowledge, expertise, experience and thoroughness impressed both myself and my husband. She is passionate about serving her clients and she makes you feel like family.
