Can't say enough about our realtor Dru. He's first and foremost a family man, and his genuine warmth and care shows right away. He sensed exactly the approach we wanted (exploring a lot on our own, pretty set on neighborhoods and budget, etc.) and let us go at our own pace (which was slow at first, then super fast!). His advice on our home offer was solid. Also the teams he hooked us up with to do the financing, closing, title, etc. were phenomenal. He was so chill through every step of the way. I highly recommend him for your purchase (and I see many happy customers in the community who sold through him too!)

I am a veteran and Dru made buying a house such a breeze! I was new to home buying. He was professional and personal, helping me every step of the way! Dru explained everything in a way that was easy to understand from the making the offer, to working with the morgage lenders.There was a point where I was so frustrated with the lenders and wanted to quit and he went to fight for me to get the ball running. I was able to close in less than 3 month because of him. In the beginning of my house buying process I worked with a couple realtors but Dru took charge and made things happen quickly so I decided to just stick with him. Top tier real estate agent and very professional, experienced and resourceful. Was always available to answer my questions and to show homes any time I asked. I highly recommend using Dru on your home buying process.

Dru was a driving force in helping us get into our first home in the crazy Seattle housing market. Not only was he able to help us navigate the in's and out's of being first time home buyers, but was extremely responsive to all of our questions. He made homebuying during Covid much easier than I expected it to be. Dru's advice and experience helped guide our first offer to ensure it was strong in a competitive market -- and it was accepted, something unheard of around these parts.

I would recommend Dru for his knowledge of the market in this area, his patience and professionalism, and general ability to make us feel like we were his only clients. He helped educate us to alleviate concerns and when we had challenges, he helped us get through them with understanding and ease.

As first time home buyers, we couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to guide us through the process. Dru was extremely patient as my wife and I figured out exactly what we wanted from our home, and we never felt pressured to jump at an opportunity that didn’t feel “just right.” Dru went above and beyond in educating us about the market, about inspections and home construction, about the little things we should be aware of in estimating the quality of a potential home. He met us at every single home tour (and there were a lot during our 5-month search). Seattle is a pretty daunting market to navigate, but Dru’s positive attitude and guidance helped us find exactly what we were looking for. 6/5 stars, would recommend to anyone!

Dru helped me think through important considerations of homebuying, especially as a personal financial investment. He was very good at giving me the time and space to reflect on major decisions but also moving fast on "hot" homes that would sell quickly, which is a tricky balancing act. His most valuable skill was helping me to understand the various options involved in making offers, and to make the strongest possible offers in a seller's market, while also staying within my comfort level.
