We had a great experience working with Dustin when finding and purchasing our dream land in Salida. He was responsive as well as flexible with showings - we are from Denver and were usually only free to go see properties in Salida on the weekends. He was also diligent in following up with the somewhat unresponsive seller and getting us all the information and documentation we needed to make an informed decision. Dustin’s understanding of the various legal aspects of the transaction gave us a peace of mind and confidence.

Dustin is the man!

My wife and I can highly recommend working with Dustin. Throughout our 3.5 months buying process we looked at a bunch of houses with him and he was highly knowledgeable about the housing market, very responsive (even on weekends) and just a pleasure to work with in general.

Dustin was very professional but at the same time it felt like having a friend by your side to guide you through this exciting but also stressful process. Never once we felt any pressure from him which we really valued. His legal knowledge was so helpful as well when it came to looking through all of the paperwork + he and his team set up all the inspections etc. for us. I highly recommend working with Dustin!

Dustin is a consummate professional. Very knowledgeable in real estate, In addition to be an attorney. He kept me up to date through out the entire process. No task was too small for him to handle. He was able to get me an above asking price (cash offer) after 2 showings. Dustin ROCKS!!! It took us 1.5 yrs from the time Dustin showed us the first house until we closed on our house. To add to the challenges with this crazy market, the house we were selling out of state ran into some hiccups with some issues uncovered with the inspection. To say Dustin is patient is an understatement. He is also a wealth of information about the market, pros/cons of the different areas (in town vs rural) and even the weather patterns in the different areas (which BTW all have been pretty dead on). Then if that's not enough, he's just a genuinely nice guy.
If you're looking to buy or sell any real estate in Chaffee County, do yourself a favor and contact Dustin.

We loved having Dustin as our real estate agent. We are so lucky to have found him. Through the whole process he was extremely responsive and helpful. He was very patient with us as we navigated decisions making and loan processes. He worked very hard to talk to the title company, sellers agent, insurance company and loan officers so that we did not have to pass on information. When we did our signing it was an hour from him but he showed up to meet us and welcome us to our new home. We can't recommend him enough!
