Mr. Brown is a proud graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law where he successfully completed the JD/MBA program. He practices before all of the state courts of Maryland, as well as the United States District Court for the District of Maryland. Mr. Brown is an avid bicyclist who rides an average of 30 to 60 miles a week. Mr. Brown also enjoys watching football, baseball and basketball.
