Dwayne will also be in constant communication with you sharing feedback from showings to how to best minimize stress in this process by delivering the highest quality of service for sales, advertising, and marketing. Other services include, but are not limited to, developing a comparative market analysis, recommending contractors(if needed) managing home showings, hiring a professional photographer, reviewing buyer offers, overseeing home inspections and appraisals, advising on home warranties, and guiding you through the escrow/closing process.
