Dyema did a phenomenal job working with me on buying a property in Southeast DC. She was courteous, professional, knowledgeable and extremely responsive throughout the whole process. The transaction wasn't the smoothest (through no fault of Dyema at all) because of the lender I worked with and Dyema did a fantastic job working with all parties, including most importantly the seller, to ensure that we got to a successful closing. I can't imagine working with another realtor at this point and I have already been recommending Dyema to my friends.

Trying to buy a house right now in DC is crazy. Dyema found my daughters and I a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a deck, yard and an off street parking space with one of those cute refrigerators that have the Instacart app and a digital whiteboard installed. Dyema was super responsive, professional, polite… my daughter thought she was a Barbie doll. We are experiencing bidding wars in DC and Dyema had fantastic ideas that got my offer in front of the seller. She is a veteran and was super helpful during my VA loan process. She is very knowledgeable and responsive; I had nothing short of an amazing experience using her as my realtor. She has made a lasting impression on my girls and I and I will forever be grateful.
