As a first-time home buyer, I was initially intimidated to start our search. But Dylan made the whole process as smooth as possible. He's an excellent teacher, with an ability to break down technical information for non-experts. His broad market expertise made it possible for us to explore both condo and single-family home options. He was so good at narrowing in on our preferences and always kept our best interests in mind (financial and otherwise). Finally, his creative eye, calmness, and humor made what can otherwise be a stressful experience as enjoyable as possible :). Dylan and the team at Anderson Realty did a great job from start to finish! Dylan, Mike and Reba came up with a list of suggested improvements that would improve the value of the home. They helped to pick and order materials/fixtures and made great suggestions. They offered to stage the house and did a great job with that and the price was very reasonable for the amount of work they did and the number and quality of items brought into the house. Dylan even helped with finding and managing the contractors who worked on the house (what realtor does that??). As if this wasn't enough - They did a great job with pricing, marketing strategy and dealing with multiple offers. I really respected their advice in those areas and was frankly impressed (which is hard to do). The home sold over asking and closed within 30 days. Dylan also has a great handyman he works with who helped with all the odds and ends in getting the house ready for sale. Overall a five star experience - can't recommend them highly enough.

Truly one of the best out there in my book, a genuine, goodhearted person that took a very anxiety and stress filled experience and made it as enjoyable and comfortable as it could ever be! There are a lot of ups and downs trying to find a house (especially in the current market), but he was right there in the trenches with us all the way until we closed on our perfect home! He was very attentive to both my partner and I's wants and needs and she especially felt he was always very good at reading her mood/vibe when we walked in to a house and making it a point to ask her opinion on different aspects. We also had an extremely short closing window that required a lot of back and forth between the sellers and our lender and he went well above and beyond to make it happen. We couldn't recommend him more, if you're reading this you found your new Realtor!

Dylan and Mike Smith helped us buy our first home in Minneapolis. They worked together to help us through the process including showings, search strategy and negotiations. Both were a pleasure to work with and helped us find a home we loved within just a few weeks, which is super unusual in the current Twin Cities real estate market. They helped us look outside our original preferred neighborhoods to see similar options that were even better than we imagined. We felt lucky that we were able to find a home so quickly, but we almost wish it took longer since they were so great to work with.

Dylan was essential in our home search. He was always ready and able to look at homes as they popped up in the MLS and his knowledge of older homes was crucial to us as first-time home buyers. He pointed out things to look out for (serious issues like cracks in the basement walls) and let us know when things that looked bad were actually no big deal to fix. Once we did have an accepted offer on a home, he helped us understand our new home better.

After closing, he sent us a list of trusted contractors we could rely on to help us fix issues that had come up during inspection. He made it clear that we could contact him at any time in the future if we need advice or help with the home! We could not be more grateful to have worked with such a thoughtful, helpful, and caring agent.
