Dylan was an excellent advisor while my husband and I searched for a new home for our family. When it came time to make an offer, Dylan guided us through a highly competitive marketplace and ultimately helped us structure a winning offer. Our offer was not the highest in price but still stood out to the seller as the best and ultimate winner, thanks to Dylan’s knowledge of the process and market. When it came time to sell our house, Dylan provided crucial feedback, which helped us achieve a far higher than expected sales price. Dylan was present the entire time and worked tirelessly to help us prepare our house for the market. We had several offers after just days on the market. Dylan proved himself a trustworthy advisor, ultimately securing us a bid of $40K over the most recent comp with no contingencies and a quick close.

I had the good fortune of working with Dylan when I was looking for my first (and current) home in DC. He was extremely professional and super responsive. Dylan is very well informed about the local area, and was able to match me with the perfect home that met all of my requirements. I appreciated that he was never pushy. As a first-time home owner, I’ve had a ton of questions post-purchase and he has been an amazing resource to date.
