E. Ann Kidd

As a daughter to an Air Force member and then marrying her husband, who served for over 27 years in the Air Force, relating to the Military community here in Colorado Springs comes easily. Ann also was a Special Education teacher for over 25 years, retiring from Air Academy High School. She never minded the moving (except for those high school years) and feels like it is second nature. That life experience has allowed Ann the opportunity to provide quality customer service to the Real Estate population that she now serves.

The joy of Real Estate for me lies in establishing new relationships with her clients, listening to their needs and wants and providing concierge service from start to finish. With no stone left unturned, Ann’s clients experience seamless transactions either buying or selling their homes. She takes pride in educating her clients along the way and is honored when they allow her into their world for one of the biggest decisions in their lives.
