Earl was extremely helpful with helping me get my dream home. We came up on a few hurdles due to a situation I was going through in my personal life, but he stuck by my side even though I started to lose hope. Earl not only helped me get into my home he walked me thru the process and what to look out for and therefore I didn't get taken advantage of. In fact, I recently reached back out to him to discuss what a good time to refinance for a lower interest rate and shorter period and he gave me so much insight that when I did eventually go to the lender to refinance they were shocked at what I was asking for and I had a lot more negotiating power to get the rate and time I wanted. Earl is rare.
