Earl Milligan at Garrett Realty is an absolutely amazing Realtor! When I started the house buying process, I had absolutely no knowledge about it or where to even start. I reached out to him and he answered the call without hesitation. He educated me on the process and made sure that all of my needs were met, and all of my concerns were addressed. He also connected me with an amazing mortgage company who are just as hard working and as he is. He continued to facilitate the process between myself and the company until keys were in hand. He is more than a realtor, he facilitated the entire process. Thanks to Mr. Milligan, I was able to find my amazing home with everything I wanted in my neighborhood, all within a seller's market. I would recommend him to any and everyone I know that is in the market to buy or sell their homes.

This is my second house sale with Greg Garrett Realty. The first was in 2001 and the second was 2020. I worked with Earl Milligan. Earl made the process seamless from contracting with his company, through my open house, appraisal and closing. Earl was not only our realtor he was our brother. We became family throughout this process. When we had questions they were answered no matter the time of day. We have bought and sold houses throughout our military career and this was by far the best experience.
