Originally from Norristown, PA, he is an Air Force veteran with over 20 years of government service and a background in Geography and Political Science from the University of Nebraska-Omaha.
Earl has called Columbia, Howard County, MD, home for over a decade, drawn to its strong sense of community, diverse neighborhoods, and convenient access to Baltimore, Washington, D.C., and Pennsylvania. Passionate about mentorship, he founded a non-profit basketball program and continues to coach youth sports, using athletics to instill life skills and leadership.
