Earl is a retired Navy Veteran and after 40 years as a Hampton Roads Resident himself, it seemed like a natural fit to help military families / first time homebuyers find a place to call “Home.”

Prior to opening Earl Sanders Realty, Inc., he was an award-winning Realtor® being awarded RE/MAX’s prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award in 2019 for over $3,000,000 in Gross Commissions Earned. He was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2015 and most recently earned the RE/MAX Chairman’s Club Award every year from 2016-2021.

He continues to build his business around a strong referral network and is currently a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and Hampton Roads Realtors Association (HRRA). In addition to earning his Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) designation, Earl is also a Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designee and a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Out of more than 1 million REALTORS®, less than 3% are designated Certified Residential Specialists. In 2003 he received his B.A. in Business Administration from St. Leo University.

I purchased a home with the help of Earl in 2014 and my second home in 2019. I recently had to sell my second home to relocate to another State. Earl is the best of the best of realtors. He takes away the frustration and stress out of buying or selling a home. He is a professional and a caring person. He is knows which approach to take to get you your dream home or to sell a home for for the best value. Earl has been more than a realtor to me. He has been a great friend. I always looked forward to his yearly calendar in the mail at Christmas time. As I move to another State I will miss him greatly. I highly recommend him.

Earl was referred to me by a co worker, after meeting him and Ryan, we immediately knew that they were who we wanted to work with. They explained everything to us since we were first time home buyers. They also looked at the houses with us, pointing out things that we were overlooking in the overall excitement of home buying. Highly recommend.
