Ed joined KS Commercial Real Estate Services Inc. in 1997 with a background in Information Systems, Marketing and Commercial Real Estate Research involving retail shopping centers, multi-family communities and office and industrial buildings. He has worked with a variety of individual business owners, partnerships and institutional clients.

Ed is a native of Kansas. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Kansas State University in Manhattan, Kansas and completed coursework toward a Masters of Science degree. Ed has conducted several site selection analyses for national and regional clients. He is a licensed real estate agent in the State of Kansas, a member of the Topeka Area Association of Realtors where he serves as Chairman of the Commercial & Investment Division (CID) and has served as the Commercial Board Director.
