About Ed
Ed Weaver first visited Boulder in 1981 when they stopped for 1 day following a ski trip to Vail, he looked at his business partner and said, “I am moving here!!” Within 1 year, he relocated to Boulder, and started a construction business building solar homes.
They also started a Custom Cabinet Manufacturing business and within 1 year had 22,000 square feet of manufacturing and forty-two employees. After selling that business, Ed was recruited and went to work for Dale Carnegie Training, rising to Vice President of Global Accounts, serving clients in over seventy-two countries. He still lives his life and run his business using the Human Relations Principles that he learned and taught there.
From there Ed worked for a smaller Training and Consulting company teaching top level salespeople from clients like Proctor & Gamble, Marriott, Motorola, and Cisco the philosophy of Creating Business Value. This took him to global locations around the world – last count was thirty-one countries and well over 1.5 million lifetime air miles. He works to create value for his clients every day.
He started his Real Estate Business using his extensive business background for the benefit of his clients. In 2018, Ed was the #2 agent in my office (of over 130 agents) and was ranked #19 in Colorado (out of over 4,000 agents) for that Brokerage.
He is the Head Coach for the Niwot High School Boys and Girls Golf Teams, and was recently named All-Region Coach of the Year.
Ed lives in Niwot and have been married for 31 years (to the same woman!) and have 3 children and 2 granddaughters.
