Eddie and Kerri are a great team! We feel lucky to have sold our home with their help and would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling a home. They listened well, covered all the details, offered experienced advice, and were sincere in their friendliness. They were not high pressure, but efficiently and smartly guided the process to make sure we got the most for our sale. Solid professionals, who became sweet friends. We will use them again if we return to the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

We highly recommend listing your home with Kerri & Eddie, they know how to make you feel like part of their family and take your needs into consideration.
They did their homework, learned what homes were selling for in our community, and even previewed several before making listing price recommendations.
This meant a lot to us, since our home was located outside of their office's area.
Thanks to their due diligence, our home sold for the full listing price:)
