Eddie has a been working full time in Real Estate and Mortgage Consulting Services since 2003. He established Axes Group, Inc. to provide a variety of real estate services. Prior to establishing Axes Group, he successfully contributed in to closing of over $166,000,000 in commercial & residential loans since 2004. As manager and broker of several brokerage firms he has gained first hand knowledge of all facets of the real estate and lending industry. He represented and still represents, business clients in West Los Angeles, Downtown Los Angeles, San Fernando Valley, Vernon, City of Industry, Commerce and numerous other cities, basically covering the entire Los Angeles County and portions of Orange, San Bernardino and Riverside Counties. he is contracted by Residential & Commercial Banks with regards to real estate issues and real estate value estimates (BPO). These relationships have given him access to various lenders', performing & non-performing note portfolios, where he successfully negotiated and purchased a number of these assets for high profile investors since 2008. Throughout his real estate career in sales, lease and finance he has brought his clients number of invaluable skills such as negotiation skills, client advocacy and marketing expertise.
