Eddy Marin

Eddy Marin has diverse experience in creative financing, real estate development, and real estate transactions. Eddy began his mortgage experience as a junior processor for his father’s mortgage brokerage where he quickly fell in love with the industry. After just a few months of processing loans, he began to explorer other opportunities within the real estate industry and bought his first “fixer and flip' property. In 2006, Eddy joined a southern California brokerage as VP of Construction and Development and responsibilities included construction supervision for various commercial and residential projects, and sales training for over 2,900 real estate agents within the organization over 29 offices in Southern California. Eddy Marin is also retired from US Marine Corps Reserves with the of rank of “First Sergeant' with multiple combat deployments.
