Once our three kids had all moved to different states, with no likelihood of them returning home to live, we were ready to downsize. Edie and her husband, John, helped us sell our home in Geneva, coaching us through timing, pricing and preparing for buyer visits. She also provided referrals for painters, a lawyer and other professionals who helped us get ready for and complete the sale. They also helped us with our search for our next home. My husband is a long-haul trucker, so they turned on a dime to schedule showings whenever he made it home for a day or two. They were endlessly patient with our wavering from single-family home to duplex to condo, and eventually helped us facilitate the purchase of a condo in Elgin that has turned out to be perfect for us. I highly recommend Edie Glenn for her care and diligence and years worth of connections to help with selling and buying.
