I would highly recommend Edita. I needed to find a nice and affordable condo quickly and she helped me make it come true! She is very knowledgeable of the area and prices and was very supportive with every detail. Communication was great - we were really on the same page as far as my goals. She just made the whole experience so easy and 2 years later, I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I chose Edita as my real estate agent because I knew exactly what I wanted in an agent. I had a very specific list of qualities that were not negotiable and she delivered on every single one of them. Not only did Edita keep me updated routinely, but also approached property owners that were not even listed on the MLS giving us that unique advantage over other investors. The property that I ended up buying was a distressed sale, which was not even on the market but she made it happen with a lot of hard work and persistence. I am not an easy buyer to please but I must say, I am so grateful for having made that right choice and selecting her as my lifelong realtor. Thanks!
