My sale came with some challenges; tenants who stayed an extra two months without paying rent, the home being part of a trust, and me living in another county. Edna represented the sale of our parents home in Chula Vista, CA. We knew it was going to be a complex sale because the property was held in a trust, being managed by two executors. Edna worked seamlessly between us, with excellent communication skills. She is exceptionally prompt and attentive to any question, concern or help you might need!

After an extremely smooth and efficient sales process, just two days prior to closing, our property suffered a burst pipe resulting in major flooding of the main floor. Edna was an amazing help in this crisis situation!! Because of her quick response after discovering the flooded first floor, she turned the disaster into something positive for the buyers as well as myself as a seller. She is simply amazing! We got more than expected and it was on the market less than a week. The other realtors I had to choose from didn’t have the confidence or experience.
